How To Use

For a bright, true blue finish, pre-lighten hair to a pale blonde. On darker bases, results will appear navy or deep blue.

Lighten to level 8–10 for full vibrancy.

1. Wash with clarifying shampoo.

2. Do not condition.

3. Dry completely.

4. Apply Rockabilly® Blue evenly.

5. Comb through for uniform saturation.

6. Cover with plastic cap.

7. Add gentle heat.

8. Let process for 30–45 minutes.

9. Rinse, dry, and style.
