Pricing information
All prices on our website are presented in Australian dollars. Prices may vary by date, and pricing errors may occur on hairco.com.au. We reserve the right to cancel any and all orders having pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after you have received a shipping notice or order confirmation from shophairco.com.au. We may, in our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order acceptance and billing
All billing information provided must be accurate and truthful. If you provide untruthful or inaccurate information, we will take such as a breach of this agreement and may cancel your order.
Taxes
We are required to collect taxes under Australian law. Before users check out, they will be shown their total bill, which will include applicable taxes.
Shipping and Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, prices for merchandise ordered on shophairco.com.au do include a $12.95 shipping cost. All Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping within Australia Excluding furniture and bulky items. All overseas orders will have varying shipping rates dependant on the location and weight of the order.
Price Match Policy
Hairco Australia is committed to offering competitive pricing across our product range. Where a customer identifies a lower advertised price for an identical product from an authorised Australian retailer, Hairco Australia may, at its sole discretion, match or beat that price, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a price match, the product must be identical in brand, model, size and specifications, must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor, and the competitor must be an Australian-based retailer operating within Australia. The advertised price must be current, publicly available, verifiable, and listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Price matching does not apply to clearance, liquidation or closing down sales; marketplace or auction platforms including but not limited to eBay and Amazon third-party sellers; unauthorised or grey import retailers; pricing errors, misprints or typographical mistakes; bundle offers, gift-with-purchase promotions or value-added inclusions; trade-only, wholesale or membership-based pricing; coupon codes, discount codes, cashback offers or loyalty programs; limited-time promotional events including but not limited to Black Friday, Afterpay Day, Click Frenzy or similar campaigns; or products that are out of stock, on backorder or unavailable for immediate fulfilment.
In assessing a price match request, Hairco Australia may take into account the total purchase cost, including shipping and delivery charges, handling fees, surcharges and any additional costs associated with the purchase. All price match requests are subject to verification by Hairco Australia, and we reserve the right to refuse a price match where the competitor or price cannot be verified, limit quantities per customer, decline requests that do not meet the above criteria, or modify or withdraw this policy at any time without notice.
Where a price match is approved, Hairco Australia may, at its discretion, offer a price lower than the verified competitor price. Nothing in this Price Match Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
