How To Use
For true neon yellow brightness, hair must be lifted to a very pale blonde. Any remaining gold tones affect the final intensity.
Lighten hair to level 9–10 for maximum vibrancy.
Wash with clarifying shampoo.
Do not condition.
Dry completely.
Apply dye evenly.
Comb through thoroughly.
Cover hair with cap.
Apply gentle heat.
Leave for 30–45 minutes.
Rinse, dry, and style.
