We check our prices regularly against our competitors to ensure you can shop online or in-store, knowing you are buying at the very best price, every day.
However, if you find a price that’s cheaper than ours, we’ll price match it, because we’d prefer you to remain a valued HairCo. customer.
PRICE MATCHING IS EASY.

Simply find the product you’re after on our website and click the ‘Price Match’ button

Complete the details within the online form and submit your request

A HairCo. team member will review your request and confirm the advertised price

Once verified, you will receive a link to pay the lower price for your selected product. The purchase must be made within 24 hours of receipt of email.
In-store

Simply visit our Sunshine or Hoppers Crossing store and select your product

Prior to purchase, take your chosen product, together with proof of the lower priced competitor pricing to our friendly staff to have the price verified

If the lower price needs further confirmation, our staff will contact the retail competitor to confirm the advertised price

Once verified, you can pay the lower price for your selected product. The purchase must be made at that time and in that store.
WHAT PRODUCTS QUALIFY?

Your product needs to be identical to our stocked item including: matching brand, model number and colour in order to be eligible. Also, the matched price needs to apply to the competitor's final price, including freight, taxes and other additional charges, in AUD$, along with a delivery date no longer than 7 days.
What proof do we require of the lower competitor price?

Catalogue, advert (newspaper or magazine), social media advert, online advert or digital catalogue, competitor website showing instore price, or a customer photo from an eligible competitor store
What products, retailers or discounts won’t we match?

The product price must not be part of a closing down sale, liquidation sale, wholesale offer, coupon code or commercial quantities.
- We will not price match international stores, or stores that claim to be from Australia and ship from overseas.

Membership discounts can be matched, but the final matched price will not be eligible for any additional HairCo. membership discounts or point redemption.
