How to Use:
Mix Pastel-izer with your chosen Manic Panic semi-permanent shade to achieve your desired pastel intensity. The more Pastel-izer added, the lighter the result. Apply the mixture to clean, dry hair, saturating evenly. Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. For best results, use on very light blonde or platinum hair.
